We need to thank the Italians for the pizza. There are two different kind of pizzas: Naples pizza, with a thick and fluffy crust; and Rome pizza, more thin and crunchy.
There are lots of shape of pasta. But the golden rule is always the same: put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook it for the amount of time suggested on the package.
